A meeting of the Board of Directors will be called to order on Saturday, June 26, 2010, at the home of Marjorie Snoke and Garth Covert, 1243 Shadowhawk Drive. The meeting will commence at 3:00 p.m.
Keypad working on Main Gate

The keypad on the Main Gate has been replaced and is now working. Talon Gate display should also be fixed.
Roadside Weed Spraying, Thu, March 11th, 2010

Roadside spraying for weed control and fire break will be done on Thursday, March 11th, pending good weather. If you prefer not to have a chemical spray, you must clearly indicate where the spraying should stop and resume, and you will be responsible for clearing the first 10' from the road edge using other means. New SHARC Members Appointed

New Shadow Hawk Architectural Review Committee (SHARC) members were appointed at the annual meeting, March 4th, 2010. If no members had volunteered, we would have had to retain a professional service to do this at great expense. A special thank you to Jared Meredith, Joe Guadagnino, Bill Stearn, Mike Green, and Ed Ricketts for volunteering. Annual Homeowner's Meeting March 4th, 2010 @ 7pm

The annual Homeowner's Meeting is at 7pm, March 4th, 2010 at the home of Marjorie Snoke & Garth Covert, 1243 Shadow Hawk Drive. Refreshments will be served. If you will NOT be able to attend, please complete a proxy form (one per property) and return to this address.
Trash Day Now Mondays

The neighborhood garbage collection day is moving to Mondays. Pickup may be earlier than it has been, so make sure to get your trash to the curb the night before. The trash collection company has indicated their rounds start as early as 4am.
