A petition for a membership vote without a meeting on the topic of abolishing the Architectural Review Committee from our CC&Rs has been requested. The petition proposes the responsibilities of SHARC should be passed to the Board of Directors. Board Members have published a position statement which can be found on the Board of Directors page.

Please review the CC&Rs and guidelines and submit your plans for improvements to the SHARC on the Architectural Review Form prior to beginning work. (view form)

Before bringing matters to the Board of Directors or Architectural Review Committee, please discuss your plans for improvements or concerns about changes you see underway with the neighbor undertaking the project.
