A vote to amend the CC&Rs passed by a wide margin. Of the 38 homes in ShadowHawk, 37 returned ballots voting on individual sections of the CC&Rs pertaining to the Architectural Review methods and organizational structure. All measures easily exceeded the two-thirds majority required to amend the CC&'Rs.
